Depeche Mode Near Mint 7": Everything Counts / Work Hard Original - 1983, USA, Sire Records Issue
Comments: I bought this record at an Erie, Pennsylvania record store when it was a new release. I played it and recorded it when new. It has been in safe storage since then. The record was fully play-tested again before offering it for sale.
Record Condition (for the eyes): Visually, the record is in glossy Near Mint condition with hardly any signs of wear. It is worth noting that the spindle hole was a very snug fit on my record player.
Record Condition (for the ears): The record plays great and produces wonderful sounding music. Background record surface noise is negligible except heard lightly in fade-out. Near the beginning of the "Work Hard" side an extraneous noise is briefly heard. You can hear what I probably fail to adequately describe near the end of the sound sample video in the photos section at about the 1:51 mark. It's like a little scrape sound. There were no skips or sticks of course.
Sound Sample?: A video sound sample featuring about a minute of each side is included in the photos section. Crank it up and give it a listen to evaluate the sound yourself.
Record Labels Condition: Nice looking, clean labels. There is no writing/stickers/tape on the labels.
Sleeve Type: This record was in a plain white paper sleeve when I bought it new. That sleeve has a little wear and discoloration. The record has been placed in a new white paper sleeve, but the original will still be shipped with the record.
Sleeve Condition: The original sleeve has some record store bin wear - wrinkles, light creases, a few marks etc. and has some age-related discoloration.
Shipping Notes: This will be protected with proper packing materials when shipped, so don't worry about a thing!

I promise to pack your item securely, no matter what it is. Everything I ship gets packed well, so don't worry about a thing.
If appropriate I will add insurance coverage. Sometimes I will add signature tracking (USA) when your item is shipped. Signature tracking ensures that the postal service doesn't leave your valuable item unattended on your doorstep out in the sun or rain - it has to be handed over face to face. If you order something rare and/or worth a bit, be prepared to have to accept delivery in person.

When multiple items are shipped together, I can almost always give you a better deal on the shipping cost compared to the individual shipping costs. I promise to give you the best rate possible based on the items purchased and the shipping method required.
For "Buy It Now" items (most of what I offer), simply add each item that you want to your shopping cart. When ready to commit to buying, request a total from me from your cart and I'll send an invoice as soon as I can. Since I'm not a computer and I do other things like sleep and take the dogs for walks, you might not receive an immediate response, but I will get back to you as soon as possible. If you decide to pay for items you want individually instead of requesting a total from the shopping cart, I will promptly send back whatever money I can for a shipping discount.
