1970 UK first pressing 7-track vinyl LP with 'Gramophone Co' label credit, no EMI logo & A2/B1 matrices. Features the classic line-up & including Speed King & Child In Time, laminated gatefold picture sleeve.
GRADING:
Cover - Excellent
Gatefold sleeve which is laminated front and rear and made by Garrod & Lofthouse.
Inside of gatefold sleeve has File Under Popular: Pop Groups text present.
The sleeve is in excellent condition with just a little wear present at the top and bottom of the sleeve entrance. There is also a little browning along the top edge of the inside of the gatefold sleeve.
The original advertising inner sleeve is present with very light wear.
Record - Excellent
Matrix numbers are SHVL 777 A2 and SHVL 777 B1.
No EMI on the green paper labels.
Gramophone text on label rims.
Labels are clean and free from any writing etc.
The vinyl is clean with just a few paper hairlines from the inner sleeve.
Plays very well with no pops or clicks etc. Very light occasional background noise.
Our grading is based on the system used by Record Collector magazine as described below (We don't sell records with a grading of less than very good).
Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

Record will be sent in a cardboard cruciform record mailer with additional cardboard stiffeners for extra protection. The record is also placed in a protective polythene sleeve. The record/inner will be removed from the main sleeve to guard against any seam/spine damage during postage.
