Description
Wagner 2 LP set - Die Walkure / Gotterdammerung -Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra, Hans Knappertsbusch, conductor.
Vocalists include Kirsten Flagstad , Set Svanholm, and Arnold Van Mill.
Decca SXL 2074-5. Made in the UK. Stereo.
Edition 1, with "Original Recording By" at 10 o'clock on the label.
PLEASE CAREFULLY READ the imperfections noted:
The discs look VG to VG+, with several superficial scuffs.
Most of the set plays in VG+ condition, with light surface noise audible under the soft passages.
HOWEVER,
Some portions play in VG condition, with more noticeable surface noise and scattered minor tics -- especially the soft beginning of side 2 of BOTH discs.
The corners and edges of the box are torn and crushed. The front cover has light wear.
