Very rare original US Mono/Mono promo 45 of Space Oddity on the Mercury label from 1969 - cat. DJ -133. This fantastic single has the original US edit of this groundbreaking song, which was only available on the US and Canadian releases. A strange and interesting fade-out at the end! Record is in EX condition with light surface marks that do not affect play. There is a small price mark on the label (see scan) and an identical fainter one on the original Mercury company sleeve. All in all a nice item! I've been collecting Bowie vinyl for decades - but changing work circumstances means it's time to clear out the cupboards and move along. Some of these things will be hard to part with - so I hope they go to a good home! Payment via Paypal is great.
