Description

An original 1st issue of Heroes from 1977 on RCA from whilst charting. Matrix 3E/5E. Etching 'Daves ICA'. The vinyl pressing weight is not to bad - some from this period can be extremely wibbly wobbly [not here]. The vinyl comes housed in an original cover. We also have an original RCA white inner sleeve and the lyric insert. So, 100% complete and 100% genuine.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex+) In beautiful condition and has only seen light use. Under close inspection I can only make out a couple of lightest marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT+ level of playback with one deviation. Intros and inbetweens are very nice and clean and the audio comes across with superb clarity. The audio is very clean which is important on these late 70's Bowie Lps. Nice and clean into those fussy tracks. All I could detect was a touch of static presence occasionally in 'Sense of Doubt'. It still plays better than on most copies and it is difficult to find this uber fussy track playing perfectly clean. The preservation levels are right up there. Highly recommended.
Cover (Ex) A beautifully preserved cover which is flat and shiny without creasing. There's very little edge wear at all and the openings are sharp and firm. The spine is 100% intact. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity. Avery fine original example indeed.
Inner (Ex-) Minimal ageing. No splits.
Lyric Insert (Ex) No issues - Very nice.
