Plain white sleeve with front 'insert' (inside the shrinkwrap) printed on cream coloured paper. Nothing on the back. Labels are light blue with "Smoking Pig" labels and large SIDE 1 / SIDE 2
The album includes some spoken phrases at the end of each side, and at the beginning of side 2 (before B1) a 2"40' section of a narration track by Louise Huebner entitled 'Orgies A Tool For Witchcraft'.
