Inner sleeve has a small split at bottom center Outer sleeve has splits at top and bottom corners on both sides, small split at bottom center, plus a bit of creasing at bottom left corner *PLEASE NOTE* stamp on lower right quadrant of sleeve front; stamp is bordered by three grooves/cuts on surface (these do not go through, surface cuts only) Stamp says: DREAM ENTERPRISES RT 1 BOX 610-B BIG PINE KEY 33043
