Doris Troy 1970 UK APPLE DEMO TEST PRESSING of the ’Jacob's Ladder / Get Back’ 7” single. Released on the 28th August 1970, and offered here in WONDERFUL EXCELLENT+ condition.
These test pressings pre date the demo issues as the label artwork would not have been created at the time this was produced. The label layout on this item will be a unique one off design. The vinyl has the very earliest 1 G stampers on both sides and comes housed within the original Apple sleeve. A real Apple rarity in wonderful condition.
The matrix numbers are:
Side 1: APPLE 28 A-1U 1 G KT
Side 2: APPLE 28 B-1U 1 G KT
The vinyl is in EXCELLENT+ condition.
Both labels show signs of where the original adhesive underneath has come through. (See pictures).
The sleeve is in EXCELLENT condition.
