Description
On offer is an original 1965 Danish pressing of the Beatles classic Rubber Soul -- for many people the group's all-time best LP. The cover is the classic English-made Garrod & Lofthouse laminated flip-back cover. The 14-song track list is the same as the English LP, slightly different from the U.S. version.
Side 2 and most of Side 1 play without problem and sound very good -- bright and full. But Drive My Car plays with several skips and Norwegian Wood plays with one skip. Otherwise the other tracks play with occasional light surface noise but nothing really significant. The 12 other tracks make for a quite enjoyable listen and grade Good to Very Good. The vinyl has hairlines, some surface marks and a light scratch or two but nothing serious.
The cover is in Very Good condition. It has no splits or writing or tears. Some wear to edges and corners. A few small creasings to the front laminate. And on the back a few little nicks and spots. See photos.
