This record is in very good condition. It has spindle marks/rubbing visible on the labels but no scuffs, pen marks or severe fading anywhere. The centre holes are not overly worn or loose and overall the labels are clean, bright and in decent shape.
As for the vinyl itself, both sides are free from anything deep but do have some light lines/scratches visible in normal light. There is nothing deep or sinister however but there are lots more light wispy lines evident when viewed under bright white light. So a vintage record which has no serious scuffs, nasty deep marks or blemishes a nice shine but shows clear signs of use.
I play tested the record and it plays really well. It lays flat, there is next to no movement in the record arm and the sound produced is excellent overall. It is very clear for the majority with only occasional interference audible. There is a minor amount of surface noise audible in the run in, between tracks and in the really quiet parts(rare). This is not horrific and the majority of the audio is crisp, clear and has little audible.s There is no major issue with distortion and I picked up on only an occasional hint of this. On the whole a used rare vintage record that still produces a very enjoyable sound of good quality and would easily grade as VG if not higher.
The sleeve is in very good condition. It has some wear to the edges and corners(pics), but these are all strong and there are no splits or weak areas anywhere. There are no tears or scuffs anywhere but there is two separate pen marks on the rear towards the top left corner. There is also two sets of drawing pin holes through both sides. These are in the centre of the top and bottom edges on either side. One of the main issues on the sleeve is age related grubbiness however. This is clearly evident on both sides with there also some creasing and ring marks evident. So overall the sleeve is not pristine and does show its age. However it is still solid all round with no major structural issues, just superficial age related wear really. Please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible as to its condition.
It contains a brand new plain white inner as the original was missing.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to ensure swift delivery.
