These records are in excellent+ condition. There is just one or two spindle marks on all the labels combined and there are no pen marks, scuffs or fading anywhere. There is little to no wear around the centres and overall they are clean, bright and in superb condition.
As for the vinyl itself, all four sides are really clean, have a vivid lustre and little visible in normal light. There is the odd line or small mark showing but there are no more than 4 or 5 combined over all four sides. Anything that is visible is minor and nothing at all serious There are a few more extremely light wispy lines and sleeve marks showing when viewed in very bright light, but nothing at all serious and of course nothing remotely deep. The records have no serious scuffs, nasty marks or blemishes, have a vivid lustre and are in lovely condition.
I play tested both the records and they played really well with high quality audio throughout. They seem to lay flat on the deck but all four sides have some arm movement noticeable in the record arm upon playing. This is not extreme on any side and has no affect on the audio but is a minor visual issue for which I have down graded from near mint. Side 1 has only the slightest amount of movement, whilst side 2 is strangely a little more noticeable. Sides 3 and 4 have a similar amount on each, but again nothing really extreme.
The sound produced is crisp, dynamic and really clear with little to no surface noise audible in the music and only the most miniscule trace in the run in. There are obviously no skips, jumps or annoying clicks, and I thoroughly enjoyed the entire play test which passed by with nothing to report, other than high quality audio throughout and the arm movement as mentioned above.
The gatefold sleeve is in excellent condition. It has some rubbing and wear to the edges and corners with the writing along the spine now only partially legible. There are no splits or really weak areas but there is this rubbing on the spine and mostly to the bottom edges. Other than this there is little to report with no tears, scuffs or pen marks anywhere and overall it is clean, bright and in good shape. It has no serious creasing and little to no ring marks. Inside the gatefold is excellent with no issues and overall the sleeve is still strong, clean and looks excellent. Please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible to its condition.
It contains both its original plain white inners which are in a similar excellent condition. They are strong with no splits, tears or pen marks but have ring marks and some light creasing.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to ensure swift delivery.
