DAVID AXELROD (R.I.P. 2/5/2017) - "Earth Rot"
(Capitol SKAO-456) Original 1970 US first pressing (Stereo)
Visually graded condition of disc: Near Mint minus (Never played. Has a few paper scuffs from the inner sleeve which is notoriously common for Capitol pressings of this era)
Condition of sleeve: Is really in wonderful shape for it's age. P-Touch number in top corner - a misguided idea on my part as 21 year old record collector. I no longer have good eyes to try and remove those. I'd suggest you leave it, but it's your call. Otherwise, there is really no noticeable shelf wear except for top and bottom edges. Gatefold sleeve. Includes very cool (for Capitol) inner company sleeve shown.

All of my gradings are strictly visual, and more often than not, quite generous.
MY GRADING SCALE
(very similar to the Goldmine standard)
NM (Near Mint): Record will show no serious scuffs or scratches in the playing area. May have minor scuffs on edges from decades of storage, or a small scuff, scratch or paper scuff on playing area.
It's near mint, not mint (which would be 'sealed' to me). There should be no audible distractions.
M-/NM- (Near Mint minus): A scuff or two or light scratch or two on either or both sides that may be heard.
VG+: Scuffs & some minor scratches in the playing area. Some will most likely be heard.
VG: Many scuffs or scratches that will be heard but record should still play fine.
