• condition of cover isVG. Has a small seam split on the bottom and also a larger on the spine. There are three 'stamps' on the back in red(see picture), which leads me to believe they were promotional stamps of some sort, maybe for DJs? The cover photo is slightly off-center(see phohot), but barely.
• condition of vinyl is also VG. Plays through fine with no skips but with some surface noise.

Vinyl is graded using Goldmine Grading. Covers are graded first, then the disc. Here are short summaries of the terms:

• M = Mint - A mint record should appear to have just left the manufacturer without any handling.
• NM = Near Mint - A record that is otherwise Mint but has one or two tiny, inconsequential flaws that do not affect the play is Near Mint. Covers should still be close to perfect with minor signs of wear or age just becoming evident.
• VG+ = Very Good Plus - A record that has been handled and played either infrequently or very carefully. On a disc, this could mean that there are light paper scuffs from sliding it in and out of a sleeve or the vinyl may have lost some, but not all, of its original luster. On covers, some wear from storage is acceptable, especially light wear that does not affect the beauty of the artwork.
• VG = Very Good - A Very Good record will display visible signs of handling and playing, such as loss of vinyl luster, light surface scratches, groove wear, and spindle trails from countless spins on the turntable. A VG record looks like it will have some surface noise when it is played although any such noise should not overwhelm the musical experience. Like a disc, usually a cover is VG when a variety of problems are evident: ring wear, seam splits, bent corners, loss of gloss, stains, etc.
• G = Good - Good will mean that the record is well-played with any number of defects that collectors normally shy away from, such as an almost complete loss of surface sheen, aggravating surface noise, etc., but which will allow the purchaser to still enjoy listening to it. A Good cover has seen considerable handling over the course of years and displays the obvious signs: ring wear on the cover; some seam splitting, particularly along the bottom; corners may be dog-eared to a light degree; an owner may have written his or her name somewhere; etc.
