In this auction is an UNCOMMON CROSBY, STILLS, NASH & YOUNG PROMOTIONAL RECORD. As you probably know, PROMOTIONAL RECORDS were ONLY released by record companies to the radio stations and DJs for on-air play or to vending companies for jukebox play. They were produced in very small/limited quantities and were NOT made available for sale to the general public; therefore, many promotional records are particularly hard-to-find these days and have become highly sought after by vinyl collectors and fans of certain recording artists/bands.

This is a PROMOTIONAL 7-Inch Extended Play Compact 33 RECORD from Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young.

This is ATLANTIC RECORDS SD 7-7200.

This 7-inch PROMOTIONAL RECORD was released in 1970 by Atlantic Records for jukebox play only to promote CSN&Y’s Déjà Vu LP. So, it was never made available to the general public for purchase.

It was issued in a paper picture sleeve/envelop with a flap that pictured the cover of the Déjà Vu LP. The picture sleeve is NOT included in this auction.

This Compact 33, also referred to as an LLP (Little Long Play) has 5 songs on it, 3 on Side One and 2 on Side Two.

Side 1 cuts are “Our House”, “4 + 20” and “Teach Your Children”, and the Side 2 cuts are “Helpless” and “Almost Cut My Hair”.

The VINYL is in NICE VG+ CONDITION with several very light/slight surface hairlines/scuffs (none “feel-able”) with Lots of Gloss!

The vinyl comes in a generic Atlantic/ATCO paper sleeve.
It’s a SOMEWHAT UNCOMMON CROSBY, STILLS, NASH & YOUNG 7-INCH PROMOTIONAL RECORD IN VERY NICE CONDITION TO ADD TO YOUR VINYL COLLECTION!!!
FYI: I use Goldmine Grading Standards (P for Poor, F for Fair, G for Good, VG for Very Good, VG+
for Very Good Plus, NM for Near Mint, M for Mint) to VISUALLY GRADE this record, so please
know the descriptions of these grades before bidding. Please ask any questions BEFORE bidding.
