NO STAINS OR WRITING AND COMES COMPLETE WITH ALL THE ORIGINAL INNER INSERTS. THE VINYL IS PERFECT. SO CLEAN I PLAYED IT TO HEAR HOW CLEAN IT PLAYED. NO SURFACE NOISE AT ALL. NO MARKS AN ALL AROUND SWEET COPY OF THIS WAY RARE  7".  GOOD LUCK..
