Up for auction here is an album titled "Contemporary Guitar" originally released under John Fahey's Takoma Records in the mid 60s. The record itself shows some signs of wear, but is in generally good shape. It has beautiful luster, many light sleeve scuffs (various handing wear), which do not impact the sound much. There are many light scratches which also don't have much impact on the sound. On the first track there appears to be a small skip, but may not be from an imperfection in the record, but rather dust in the grooves. I think the record would benefit from the good, proper cleaning with a record vacuum. Overall it sounds and looks nice.
The cover is especially nice, and had the original shrink wrap protecting it when I got it. That started to rip apart so I just took it off. The cover has no tears or seam splits of any kind. Please refer to the photos above.
