From my personal collection of near pristine records This record is very rare & none are available for sale in Aust or o'seas--only a cassette of this one is available on this site for $220!) The record was played only 1 time directly to tape & is like new & I can confidently rate it N.Mint! Brilliant new shine- No scratches-No scuffs-No writing -No spindle wear or marks etc etc Cover is similar condition but for a tiny tear & crease on the bottom of the back cover & a few minor marks otherwise like new & rated VG+
  As can be seen on the rear cover (see photo) it features  the CREAM of all Australian Rock  Artists on the Best chosen Songs I have ever seen on a record! Both the Rarity of this Record & it's Superb Condition  qualifies this LP as an INVESTMENT RECORD that will surely see it's $ VALUE  will INCREASE in the future!
