Clarence Williams and His Jazz Kings on Columbia 14460 in "E+" condition. Sensationally great Clarence Williams. This man can do no wrong. We regret to say that in the new Frog Clarence Williams CD, the liner note writer cannot even recognize Clarence's voice when he imitates a Jamaican on "King Of The Zulus" by the Dixie Washboard Band. We also regret that clarinet player Bennie Moten is listed as Benny Morton, who of course was the great trombone player. Oh well.
