NEAR MINT CONDITION...... NO, REALLY :)
This very rare record is in outstanding condition. I usually don't consider anything to have a rating of NM but with this one I have to go there. Just look at the pictures and I think you will agree. I know the record itself is impossible to really see in a picture on the internet but have a look at the cover....see how perfect it looks.... well, the record is that perfect also. I have looked it over very well and I can't find any scratches on it anywhere, just a little dust that easily blows away. I have been buying records for many years and believe me when I say I am rather picky when it comes to rating a record. You will not be disappointed.
In fact I am so confident that you will be happy with this record that I am offering a return policy which is something I have actually never done before. If you're not satisfied with it simply package it back up and send it back to me (at your expense) and you will be refunded provided that it gets back here in the same condition it was in when it left.
It will be packed very well and shipped in an actual LP mailer.
