Description

Chuck Berry Is On Top is an original 1959 1st pressing on Chess #1435. This is a deep groove black label with silver print. In the dead wax is stamped “Sheldon” which indicates first pressing.


Vinyl: NEAR MINT. The surface of the record is very glossy and clean. The surface has no visible defects. Beautiful condition.

Jacket: VG++. The top left corner has a slight 2 inch crease, otherwise I would have graded the jacket a Near mint. The front is very glossy and clean. There area no seam splits, holes, punches or circle wear. The spine is near mint with no cracks or splits. The back is very clean and white. There are no signs of soiling or aging. The top left corner has a few small pen marks.

Label: NEAR MINT.
