Absolutely gorgeous copy of Chuck Berry's Berry is On Top LP on Chess mono 1435. This is the very rare true first pressing with the black labels. This is easily the best copy of this record I have ever seen. The disc is just beautiful, with a few very light scuffs but barely. Plays almost flawlessly and just beautifully. There is a very slight edge warp, I guess you might call it, really just a very very slight bend, which is barely noticeable at all, and it does not affect the play in the least. I just have to mention it but you would never know it was there. Anyhow really the disc is so beautiful you won't believe it. This record is very rarely better than VG, so this is a real treat to hear one that looks and plays so clean and clear. It sounds just wonderful. The cover is also just in fantastic shape. There is a corner ding at the upper left, and a lesser one at the upper right, and a short 3" seam split at the bottom, but otherwise it is just beautiful, with no ringwear and crisp and clean edges, and no marks or fading or anything. See the photos. It is truly a spectacular copy all the way around. Very hard to beat.
