American Top 40 episode from September 18th 1982 in cardboard box, includes commercials and radio call sheets.A superb time capsule of a week in popular music, in September 1982. The full radio show, with the dulcet tones of Casey Kasem, and the full American Top 40 countdown.
Like all true art forms, this will trigger an emotional response to those susceptible to heavy nostalgia. Great to play at a party or gathering of the right people, as it does touch the past like no other medium, and will drive the conversations and gives much joy and happiness.
In superb playing condition.
I do buy these on a regular basis, because I love listening to them from different time periods (Casey Kasem's Top 40 radio show went for nearly 20 years). I clean them, enjoy them, share them with friends, and then pass them on, and I hope the buyer of this set does the same.
They are so few in numbers (considering these were sent worldwide to radio stations every week for nearly 20 years) and they need to be enjoyed by many.
