Here we have an absolutely mint copy of Carl Sagan's 'A Glorious Dawn' on super limited, super cool cosmos vinyl.
For many, this is the absolute holy grail for any Third Man collector. It is the rarest of rare. Only 150 copies of this were pressed, with 100 being sold at the Third Man store in Nashville, and the other 50 being inserted into random mail orders. It is considered to be one of the coolest releases that Third Man have ever released. It is single sided, with the track on one side, and a blank, etched b side. The etching is wonderful and looks superb in the flesh. The cosmos element really comes to life in dark room, as it glows in the dark!
In this auction you get the special glow in the dark cosmos vinyl, the jukebox label for the 45, the fold out sleeve, the inner sleeve that's embossed with the Third Man logo and protective plastic sleeve that I have always stored it in.
I have cherished this record. I have never played it, and it has been stored in a thick gauge PVC sleeve. The sleeve and vinyl are both in mint, unplayed and unmarked condition. My home is also smoke and pet free, so you have no worries there.
You'd be mad not to bid on this. This is a must for any record collector, but especially a Third Man, Jack White, or White Stripes fan. They don't come much more rare! Early TMR releases are going up and up in value, especially super limited pressings such as this, so get your hands on this while you can. This would be a great buy for any music lover or record collector! This is the only copy on Ebay, and there hasn't been one up for auction with a low starting price for a long time. DO NOT MISS OUT!
