Description

An original 1st Stereo press of BOOGIE on UK Blue Liberty from '68. Matrix A1/B1. Worth going for a 1st copy Liberty pressing as they are amazing for audio and are pressed super chunky. The vinyl comes housed in an original front laminated Stereo cover with pinched spine. We also have an original inner sleeve - date coded to summer '68. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex/Vg+) In lovely condition and has only seen relatively light use. Under close inspection there are a few light marks per side. One or two are slightly more visible on side 2. If you're fussy on looks maybe our other 'mono' copy would be more suitable. But these '68 pressings are both heavy pressed and forgiving. Th marks will sound momentarily - but not in a distracting or annoying way.  A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT level of playback with a couple of deviations. Intros and inbetweens are lovely and quiet and the audio comes across with excellent clarity. Even into those lowkey slow builds very nice quiet background. Expect a couple of isolated ticks in "Owl Song" & few ticks occasionally in the mid-section of "FHB" . BUT most certainly nothing that detracts much from what otherwise is a really great rendition. Highly recommended. 
Cover (Ex-) The front is flat with super lamination and no colour degradation. There's one vertical laminate crease over on the right side - I imagine this occurred during the manufacturing process. The rear is looking very fine and has avoided most of the usual ageing process. Minimal edge wear and sharp openings. The spine is 100% intact. Four pointy corners. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
Inner (Vg+) Some ageing. Bag present. No splits.
