On offer here is a VERY rare EP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Conway Twitty called "The Rock 'n' Roll Story" EP and is an ORIGINAL UK 1961 MONO 1st Pressing on the 1st Press MGM label!!!! See label pictures for track details. THIS EP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!! THIS IS ONE OF CONWAY TWITTYS RAREST EPS EVER (IF NOT THE RAREST!) AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!! NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS EP IS IN BRILLIANT CONDITION!!!! THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1961 UK MONO 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS MGM LABEL, AND 1ST PRESS FLIPBACK LAMINATED COVER!!!! THIS EP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is the ORIGINAL UK MGM MONO 1st Pressing from 1961 and the Cat No is MGM-EP 752.
The record labels are in BRILLIANT condition (see pictures) with only a set of TINY initials on each label, NO wear, and only a VERY few light spindle marks!!!! The record is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! Most of these 50s/60s EPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This record is NOT and has NO scratches, only 2 or 3 light hairlines, only 2 or 3 light scufflines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is GREAT to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO nasty loud pops, NO jumps, NO sticks, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!! The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!! The record must grade Very Good++ if not better!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The 1st Press Flipback Laminated Cover is in GREAT condition!!!! It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only slight corner wear, VERY shiny laminate, only a few light creases, and NO writing!!!! There is also an absolutely TINY split on the opening edge - though this has been completely INVISIBLY and PERFECTLY repaired - and naturally this is virtually INVISIBLE and PERFECTLY strong at this point!!!! The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated back is in BRILLIANT condition with barely ANY yellowing AT ALL (virtually NONE!), NO grubbyness, barely ANY rubbing AT ALL, and NO writing!!!! This cover must grade Very Good(PROPERLY graded, NOT trashed) if not better!!!! THIS EP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
