Description

This is a mono copy from a 1965 US repressing (per the runout matrix #s) of the second US LP by the Rolling Stones, originally released in 1964. This record is one of those US releases that doesn't correspond with a UK LP. It combines the 5x5 EP (from which it obviously takes its title) with some singles and a couple of tracks that appeared the following year on the group's second UK LP (which has the same cover pic as 12x5, but shares the rest of its tracks with the US LP, The Rolling Stones, Now!). Anyway...The jacket has rippling in the cover slicks along the top seam on the front and back covers, two small holes (from a staple?) in one corner, a 2½” split in the top seam, corner, spine, and seam wear, and light ring and edge wear (VG). Track 3 on side 2, "Congratulations," is misspelled "Congradulations" on the back of the jacket (it's spelled correctly on the disc label). The disc has some hairline scrapes, dings, and light scuffing, and plays with some light surface noise and a stray light pop (EX).  The record comes with the original plastic lined inner sleeve.

I’m in the process of selling off a large personal collection amassed over two decades. All discs have been stored in plastic lined inner sleeves separate from their sleeves. The sleeves have been stored in plastic sleeves. I have play graded discs except where otherwise noted.

If you'd like to order multiple items, I'll happily combine them so that you won't have to pay multiple shipping charges.
