CHRIS BRITTON - As I Am (Page One POLS022) UK stereo LP gatefold sleeve 1969
Very, very rare psyche classic from ex-Troggs man Chris Britton. This lovely item doesn't come on the market very often so I will try and give as much detail on the condition - I will aim to price fairly for a quick sale - I don't expect this will hang around for long!
The vinyl I grade at excellent plus, it is clean with no fingermarks, scratches or even hairlines. The only indication that it has been played at all are a couple of light spindle marks near the hole on both sides. The labels otherwise are clean from smudges etc. (see pics)
The cover I have graded at very good, if I was being particularly harsh I might put very good minus, but the pictures should speak for themselves. The front cover is clean with no creasing, but has writing (see pic 10) above the title. There is also a sticker in the top left corner. The back is also without creases, there's no writing on the back.
The edges do have some wear, but not excessively so. See pics 8 & 9 that shows the worst, mostly along the spine and the top left corner.
When you open the gatefold, there are light traces of ringwear on the left side, and the spine wear shows as short splits at the top (about 12mm) and the bottom (about 8mm)
