This record is very hard to grade. I'll start with the cover. Obviously, the cover is minty. Free of any defects, major or minor, with the exception of a 2 inch splitting along the bottom seam as shown.  All the other seams are perfect.  As far as eye-appeal goes, good luck finding a better cover. It is truly extraordinary.
The record itself isn't as cut and dry. At the risk of being long-winded, bear with me as I try to give an accurate representation of the vinyl. It is clean and glossy. Looking at the record in normal light, it looks excellent. Examining it in bright sunlight, shows a different story, Lots of marks and hairlines. Nothing too egregious. None of these marks are deep enough to 'feel.' If I were to look at the record and give a visual grade, I would say VG- to VG. Playing the record reveals the true sound quality. I included a 60 second video. When the post goes live, it may not be available until it gets approved-within 48 hours. But once the clip is available, I urge you to listen to it loudly. It's sublime. There are places that you can hear a pin drop. Absolutely clean and pure and clear.  Several places, there is background noise. Some crackling in it's most compromised spots. THIS RECORD HAS NOT BEEN PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED.  I would imagine it would sound even better!  Not enough to take the joy out of listening to it, but enough that it is discernable. The play test runs the gamut of VG+ to NEAR MINT. There are no 'ouch' moments. Obviously, no skips or I wouldn't post it. No tics, either. There are pops, but honestly, even the pops are light. There is no heavy background noise. It is truly a spectacular listening experience. Without looking at the record and just grading based on the actual sound, I will honestly give this record a VG+ TO EXCELLENT grade.  And if the record looked as GOOD as it sounds, the price tag would be over $700. This record reminds me of some blue note records I have that don't look awesome, but the sound quality is sublime. Again, I am trying to walk the thin line of not overrepresenting the record, but not underrepresenting it either. I am listening to it right now. Much of the record is as clear sounding as a CD. Other spots are lightly noisy. There are NO cringy moments of loud pops. A bit of light cracking in a few spots. So in final....the visual grade is VG- to VG. The sound quality is VG+ at its worst and NEAR MINT at it's best. Please do not hesitate to ask any questions and I will answer as honestly as I can. This record is so lovely I could cry. PLEASE SEE MY 100% POSTIVE FEEDBACK---ALL AS A RECORD DEALER.  I AM KNOWN TO BE FAIR AND ACCURATE. Selling VERY reluctantly as I am struggling with bills and expensive truck repairs. I will ship this priority. It will be packaged as all my records are, 100% bombproof with double reinforced cardboard inserts and a junk record on either side for maximum safety. RECORD GRADING IS AS FOLLOWS: VG+ = A record that may be somewhat noisy in spots, but not noisy enough to distract from the music. There will perhaps be some surface and hairline marks, but again, not deep enough to cause a pop or tic. (MY VG+ record will have NO tics or major pops) There may be paper scuff marks on the vinyl. The original 'gloss' or shiny luster will be faded somewhat. Perhaps the label has some writing on it. This is the record that you would find at a thrift store or yard sale and be pleasantly surprised by the quality. Overall, a record worth having in your collection, a keeper.  PLEASE NOTE THAT I GRADE CONSERVATIVELY. MY VG+ IS LIKELY ANOTHER DEALERS VG++ OR EXCELLENT.
VG++ = A record that may be slightly noisy in places. There will still be most of it's original gloss or shiny luster to the vinyl. Perhaps the vinyl is excellent otherwise, but has some light noise in one specific area (which would be noted). There may be an inconsequential hairline mark  or two, and even paper scuffs from being pulled out of the sleeve. A record that holds its value and is in enviable condition. 
EXCELLENT = A record that will have most or all of its' original gloss and shine. Surface marks are superfluous and minimal. The record sounds very clean and clear and any slight noise will be short-lived and basically inconsequential. The label has no writing on it. This record is close to being near mint and earns a space on the TOP SHELF of your record collection.
NEAR MINT = A record that has been opened and played very minimally, if at all. Only about 5% of used records earn this grading. There will be noise at all and no surface marks. This record is 100% sparkling clean and glossy with superb sound. TOP SHELF. I ALWAYS OFFER A 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR RECORD
