Description
Up for auction is a super rare copy of the Captain Beyond album "Sufficiently Breathless" original released in the U.S. on Capricorn Records (CP 0115) in 1973.

Condition: The cover is in really nice condition, with only minor signs of age and wear. Front and back colors are bright and beautiful, clean. No ring wear. Bottom front has one small spot of rub. In upper right corner, there are two tiny spots of loss from removal of an old sticker. Seams are strong, intact, no splits or separations, no cracking, and no chipping. Corners are sharp, not bumped. Interior gatefold is clean, no ring wear. Really attractive, well-preserved example of this classic cover. Grade it easily Excellent (EX), almost Near Mint.
The vinyl is also in beautiful condition, still retains its original high gloss shine and luster. No apparent scratches or scuffs, just some faint signs of having been taken out of inner sleeve a few times. Labels are clean, no marks around spindle holes, indicating little, if any, previous play. Play-tested, the sound quality is excellent, clean. This record has been archived in my collection for many years un-played. It looks as if it's been played maybe once, if that. You won't find a nicer copy. Grade the vinyl Near Mint (NM).
