Captain Beefheart And His Magic Band   Trout Mask Replica  -  Straight STS-1053 Stereo 
       This is the original, absolute first US pressing on Straight STS-1053, released in 1969.  Most of the copies on Straight label that you find will carry the number "2MS" on the label; these are later reissues by Reprise in 1970.   A True 1st Pressing in EX- condition with original insert included.

  • Matrix / LP  1 -Side  1 runout,  hand-etched): 2-STS-1053-1   "P"
  • Matrix / LP  1  -Side  4 runout hand-etched): 2-STS-1053-4     "P"
  • Matrix / LP  2  -Side  2 runout  hand-etched): 2-STS-1053-2     "P"
  • Matrix / LP  2  -Side  3  runout     hand-etched): 2-STS-1053-3 "P" 


Vinyl    :  EX-  ( very close to NM- ) Sleeve    :   VG+ -  (Some ring wear to covers, interior is in VG++ condition, original inners are in ex- condition with some creasing in spots but NO splits) folded insert in VG++ conditon

All LP's will be removed from sleeves and will be shipped in a new dedicated LP mailer with cardboard stiffeners .
