Record: Very Good. There are a few light superficial surface marks that create crackling in some passages. There is one heavier scuff on the last track on the B side that causes light clicks.

Label: Very Good+. There is some light spindle-trails on both sides.

Cover: Very Good. There is a small tear back, discoloration to both sides, and some wear to the edges and corners.
