National Giving Week celebrity auction
A host of celebrities have linked up with CAF (Charities Aid Foundation) to give up items and ‘money can’t buy’ experiences in support of this year's National Giving Week.
Jon Bon Jovi - signed limited edition print
A limited edition autographed print from the album art for Bon Jovi’s classic album ‘Cross Road’. No. 10 of just 25.
This is a top quality 10"x8" limited edition (10/25) copy of the autographed original which was signed in person by Jon. Ideal for framing (mounted with a copy of the album) or would make a great gift for a fan or a stunning collectors piece. PLUS all proceeds go to charity!
The original image was donated as part of a collection to Mildmay HIV/AIDS Hospital in East London and from this was created ‘The Mildmay Collection’ - a remarkable selection of limited edition prints of top celebrities.
This copy come with a numbered certificate and was produced directly from the original by Fuji Photographic Studios for auction as part of The BIG Clearout - a campaign launched on World AIDS Day (1st December 2005) by Lulu and a host of celebrities to raise money to combat the growing problems of HIV/AIDS here in the UK and overseas. This numbered copy was retained to be auctioned as part of National Giving Week 2006.
Our world leading charity funded facilities include Mildmay Hospital in Hackney, East London providing HIV/AIDS care and rehabilitation for patients from across the UK (and remarkably one of only 4 such facilities in the entire world and the only one in Europe).
We also operate and manage some of the most advanced training programmes in the world for health care and medical staff providing degree level qualifications in the care and treatment of those inflicted with HIV/AIDS and their families and carers. Also we are proud of our international work building and operating world class facilities such as Jajja's Home, our unique Children’s HIV Hospital and Clinic, and The Mildmay Centre, a unique purpose built HIV hospital, both in Kampala, Uganda. HIV could touch any family at any time….. Mildmay is at the forefront of HIV treatment here in the UK and overseas, please help to keep us there.
