Description:
Another totally unique album found in this collection. I was unable to find this album anywhere. Nothing at all like it on this BLUE STAR Norman Granz label . Very hard to find in such good condition. Really nice cover, Original 1954 Mono pressing. Cover does show some signs of wear on the seams although none of them have split. All good corners. There is a piece of aged cellotape about 2.5 inches along one seam. No visible ring wear, negligible spindle wear. Beautiful, pristine shiny black record. Has ”M6-167691 X BARCX 27775” 1stamped in the dead wax. Also, has D.R.CHAPPELL on the left hand side of the label as well as xBarcx 27.775 at the bottom of the label.
There is what I would call a "mini deep groove" about an inch and a half in diameter, as you can see on the label image.
This album still has its original inner sleeve .
