Bryan Ferry (born 1945) is an English singer-songwriter and musician. Ferry came to prominence in the early 1970s as lead vocalist and principal songwriter with Roxy Music, which had three number one albums and ten UK top 10 singles in the 70s and 80s. Ferry began his successful solo career in 1973, while still a member of Roxy Music. The Bride Stripped Bare was his 5th solo album and reached number 13 in the charts.
