Rare original Canadian mono issue, with withdrawn sleeve. Original Canadian mono front cover that mistakenly lists the four withdrawn songs: Solid Road, Let Me Die in My Footsteps, Gamblin' Willie, Talkin' John Birch Society Blues. The back cover and labels lists the final, correct tracklisting, although the back cover omits the song "Don't Think Twice, It's All Right", even though it is on the record.
