NOTE: THESE RECORDS BELONGED TO RICHARD NIXONS GRANDPARENTS WHO LIVED AT 13542 Starbuck Street Whittier California, 90605. THEY WERE BOUGHT AT AN ESTATE SALE THERE ON 6/24/2016 THE HOUSE AND ALL THEIR BELONGINGS WERE INTACT. YES YOU READ THAT RIGHT FORMER PRESIDENT RICHARD NIXONS GRANDPARENTS. THE TABLE WHERE YOUNG RICHARD NIXON SAT AT AND HAD DINNER WAS STILL THERE ALONG WITH ALL OF HIS GRANDPARENTS HOUSEHOLD BELONGINGS. THEY BUILT THIS HOME OVER 100 YEARS AGO. IT WAS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE TO BE INVITED I WAS THE ONLY BUYER IN THE HOME AT THE TIME!

Just a little history on the estate home: The house was built in 1897 and moved in 1952 to its present location in Whittier by The MILHOUS FAMILY, The grandparents of former President Richard Nixon. The MILHOUS FAMILY has lived in the house for over 120 years. They are one of the first Quaker Families to come to Whittier. There are items for sale that have been in the family for 80 years. Prices will not be cheap but very reasonable. So please keep in mind this is a historical house in Whittier. And we plan to keep this house in mint condition. Also... YES, Richard Nixon lived at the house for several years. We ask that if you come to please respect the house and the items in it. We also ask that you respect the other houses on the block. There is a large accumulation of furniture, dishes, pots and pans, books, games, tools, office furniture, mid-century furniture, vintage clothes, lots of antiques and many vintage items. Some NIXON memorabilia!!
