Blue Note Records BLP 4173 (mono) (made in USA) - Eric Dolphy - Out To Lunch LP.
This is an original first pressing from 1964. The "ear" and "Van Gelder" are stamped in the dead wax.
The address on the labels is "Blue Note Records Inc. New York USA". The address on the back cover is "Blue Note Records Inc., 43 West 61st St., New York 23".
The condition of the record is excellent VG++, no scratches, no scuffs, no spindle wear, really near mint. The cover is in VG+ condition, no seam or spine splits, no holes or writing. There is a flaw in the laminate on the front cover (see close up). Includes custom Blue Note label paper inner sleeve.
