Description

Beatles Yesterday and Today Stereo 2nd State Pasteover 1966 Capital ST2553 super nice!
Beautiful example of this ultra rare Beatles pressing.   Cover, sleeve and vinyl all match.
Stereo press is 10 times as rare as the mono pressing
Los Angeles pressing, only one in 10 were pressed in Los Angeles.  Back cover has RIAA  5 designating the Los Angeles plant, tiny star appears in the trail off wax also designating the Los Angeles plant.
Supreme condition, front cover a solid VG+ maybe VG++, no seam splits at all.   Back cover shows a tiny bit of ringwear at the bottom.
Includes original 1966 inner sleeve
Vinyl VG+ to VG++.  Retains original gloss, very light paper scuffs here and there doe not effect play.   Like all vintage records a bit of light dust crackle will appear here and there.
I have owned this record for 20 years.  It has always been stored inside and the record is always kept outside the cover in the plastic sleeve to avoid damaging the cover.  This is a beautiful example of this rare record.

Thank you for checking out my sale.  I am a record collector myself and realize we all want to know just what we are buying so we can pay a fair price.  I have described  this record as best I can without writing a book.  If you need more details please ask before buying and I will be happy to provide more information.   I’m not a record store just a guy who looked up one day and found 30,000  records on the shelf and figure I better get to selling them.   If I state I think the record is a certain grade this is my opinion based on Goldmine criteria.  I am not a record dealer or a professional grader so I try to be very conservative.  But with that in mind please check the pictures and form your own opinion, it may be different than mine.  Neither one of us wants to hassle through a return over a hypertechnicality.

If you do buy the record and there is some problem please contact me immediately and I will resolve any issue.  Records will be sent either USPS First Class or Media Mail.  Purchases on Friday will be mailed Monday as our post office is unavailable on the weekends.
