'YELLOW SUBMARINE'
1969 UK 1st PRESSING **MONO** LP
This original 1969 *MONO* first pressing copy is on the UK dark green Apple label PMC 7070Both labels carry the 'Sold in UK..' text and 'Apple Records..' rim texts
There is no tax/price code on either label
Housed in a front laminated, flipback 'Garrod & Lofthouse' sleeve with patent numbers
Complete with original matt black Apple inner-sleeve (VG)
Matrix numbers: XEX 715-1 & XEX 716-1
Stamper numbers: 1/T & 1/T
CONDITION
Sleeve: VERY GOOD
The 'red lines' flipback sleeve displays moderate handling and storage wear with some light laminate creasing on the front panel.The rear panel is clean and without any major faults with NO writing or stickers, present or removed.
A pin hole is visible in each corner but all seams are strong and flipbacks undamaged.
Disc
Visual: VERY GOOD PLUS Retaining a good lustre, the surfaces show a few light scratches but no serious marks.
100% flat on the turntable with no dishing or warping.
Audio: VERY GOOD PLUS
Nice big mono sound with all tracks playing and sounding great with very light audible wear.There is NO groovewear/loud passage distortion, loud clicks, pops, jumps or repeats.
