THE BEATLES - 'WITH THE BEATLES'
1963 UK 2nd *STEREO* PRESSING LP
**NEAR MINT**
This rare and NEAR MINT 1963 UK 2nd stereo pressing is on the black & yellow Parlophone label: PCS 3045
Both labels omit the 'Sold in UK...' text but include 'Parlophone Co Ltd...' rims.
The side 2 label carries the corrected 'You Really Got A Hold On Me' spelling.
The publishing credit for 'Money' is 'Dominion Belinda NCB'.
There is no tax/price code is visible on either label.
Housed in an early, front laminated, tri-flipback 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed large stereo logo cover.
The front panel shows the early, dark 'make-up' image, which was lightened on all later issues.
The rear panel carries the incorrect 'You Really Gotta Hold On Me' spelling.
Complete with its original 'Use Emitex' poly-lined inner-sleeve.

Visual: EXCELLENT PLUS
Both surfaces are extremely bright & glossy, undulled by overplay of incorrect long-term storage.
A single stylus hairline and & 1cm light scuff mark is visible on side 2 in strong direct daylight, but there are no other marks.
Close inspection directly under a halogen desk lamp reveals a few inner-sleeve removal/paper hairlines but no other wear.
Pressed on very thick vinyl which lies 100% flat on the turntable on both sides with no signs of dishing or warping.
Audio: NEAR MINT
This copy has recieved just a few careful plays on good quality equipment and the sound is clear, clean & undistorted throughout.
There are no traces of background noise, crackle or groovewear distortion in either channel on any track.
Both run-ins & all bands play silently without any ticks, clicks or other interference.
You will not be disappointed with this copy.

Cover: EXCELLENT PLUS
An superb example of this early cover which bears an clean & bright front panel displaying no significant signs of wear.
The front laminate is totally free from any creases or wrinkles. There are not even any 'thumbnails' near the opening edge.
All corners are sharp and clean & both front & rear opening edges are clean & sharp with no tears or 'feathering'.
The rear panel is pristine clean & bright white with no toning, marks or blemishes.
The flipbacks are a little discoloured but are all intact & the seams are unstressed & unsplit.
The spine is clean, unsquashed and undamaged.
This disc has been carefully audibly graded in their entirety on a Rega P9 deck fitted with a Shelter 901 cartridge.
