Description

Very Nice Example of the 1964 VJ (Vee Jay) Christmas Picture Sleeve realeased late in 1964....the sleeve housed not only VJ records but others like Tollie and Oldies on 45...an example of this can be seen on page 51 of the latest book by Perry Cox....where it shows the Sleeve with the Oldies "Twist and Shout". The "Twist and Shout" record is HTF and buyers have to BEWARE of the Repro's. The one I'm listing is the Real One....It has the MR circled in trail off and the White Circled "R" above the 45 on label. The record is thick vinyl and is VG+....but has lightly penned "Joanne" on B side "There's A Place" or I would grade it higher. The Christmas Sleeve is a Nice VG+ also with NO side splits, NO Bottom Splits or Record Drop thru's. Has one small cut on inside "Die Cut" below John...but all paper is there. The sleeve has the typical record impression. The record and sleeve have been are in separate sleeves for protection and will be shipped in 45 Mailer in bubble envelope......Please VIEW ALL PHOTO's and check my other Auctions....Thanks
