MEGA-RARE UK 1st MONO pressing
with WIDE-SPINE COVER!
We are proud to offer this rarity! This MEGA-RARE first UK MONO pressing of the White Album (PMC 7067-8) comes with an original top-opening and numbered (No. 0149570) top-opening cover.
To find the UK MONO (!) pressing is hard enough, but this particular copy has two features that make it a TOP-RARITY:
1.) The cover is a WIDE-SPINE cover! A handful of covers only was made with a much wider/broader spine than usual. These copies are nowadays top-items for serious collectors!
2.) Very unusual tax code KJT on label of record 2! While some white albums have been found with a tax code "KT", this tax code has never appeared before!
-The original numbered gatefold cover (Garrod & Lofthouse) is in correct VG condition with some laminate lifting. We are conservative in grading!
-The records are both in VG condition. Labels even better!
-With 2 black inner sleeves.
This album is an absolutely amazing find as the wide-spine version is SO RARE!!
Of course (as all our records) shipped with great care:
We put the record into a (free!) inner sleeve and place it on top of the cover (not inside!), inside a new outer protective sleeve! This goes into a sturdy cardboard package, so it arrives exactly in the same great condition as it leaves here!
