1967 UK 1st PRESS MONO LP
**NEAR MINT DISC**
This outstanding copy of a 1967 1st mono pressing is on the UK black & yellow Parlophone label: PMC 7027
Both labels include the 'Sold in UK..' text & 'Gramophone Co..' rims.
The 'KT' tax/price code is visible on the side 1 label.
Housed in a fully laminated, inner-flipback 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed mono cover.
Complete with original intact cut-out sheet & red & white patterned inner-sleeve.
Matrix numbers: XEX 638-1 & XEX 637-1
Stamper numbers: 3/TR & 4/TM

Both surfaces are MINT viewed in natural light with just a few wispy paper hairlines visible only directly under a halogen desk lamp.
Otherwise this is a pristine disc with no marks or any scratches to either side.
100% flat on both sides with no dishing or warping.
Audio: NEAR MINT
Barely played, this is a wonderful sounding copy with all tracks playing cleanly & clearly without crackle or groovewear distortion.
Even the easily damaged 'She's Leaving Home' plays without any break-up or distortion.
All peaks are clean and unworn and all delicate quiet passages are free from crackle or hiss. Even the final piano chord fades without wear.
There are no clicks, pops any other major audible faults anywhere.
I guarantee you will not be disappointed with this outstanding sounding copy.
Cover: EXCELLENT
Vibrant & unfaded front panel retaining an undamaged laminate with no thumbnail creases or any other significant wear.
There is a small bump to the upper left corner with some light bruising to the others and a touch of light wear to the rear opening edge only.
The inside is in perfect condition with no missing paper or laminate.
The rear panel displays a few light spine wrinkles & small 'thumbnails' but no major wear.
All seams are unstressed & unsplit and the spine is unworn & clean with a 100% intact laminate, with all text present & readable.
Inner-sleeve: EXCELLENT
A few light creases but no tears or splits.
