Record - Not quite Excellent - I have played through both sides and they sound fine but there are a couple of very faint scratches on side 1 that don't sound and there is the occasional faint crackle if you are listening for it - certainly VG+
Sleeve - NearlyExcellent - gatefold - laminated G & L - the spine is a little untidy
Insert with cutouts - complete & perfect
inner sleeve - plain white
