This is a promo record, These came from the industry sent to connected people by Capitol. The opened ones I own are on the purple Capitol label stamped in the typical etched area that reads Mastered By Capitol-on both sides of the vinyl. It also reads "Unauthorized duplication is a violation of applicable laws" on the label on both sides. Also each album that was sent out (these were never sold) are registered with the number printed on the bottom of the promo info. I have attached a close up view of that info, where it reads "Promotional Use Only". The numbers are different every copy I have. My Abby Road, Rubber Soul and Srgt. Pepper's all have the same info stamped, those are the last two pics I have shown above. Obviously because this one is sealed I am simply showing wha it will look like when it is opened and these two pics represent what is on the other 8 promo albums I have that are stamped the same way this album is in the upper right corner of the album.
