THE BEATLES - 'RUBBER SOUL'
1969 UK *STEREO* PRESSING* LP
This great sounding 'tube-cut' STEREO pressing dates from 1969 and is on the '1-EMI box' Parlophone label: PCS 3075
Both labels have 'Gramophone Co. Ltd..' rims but no purchase tax around either centre hole.
Housed in an front laminated, non-flipback 'Garrod & Lofthouse ' printed stereo cover.
Complete with its original pain white 'Patent No.' inner-sleeve.
Matrix numbers: YEX 178-3 & YEX 179-3
Stamper codes: 2/RT & 2/RD

A very clean set with a small collection of tiny spindle marks around each center hole. There are initials written in the circular logo on each.
Visual: EXCELLENT +
Immaculate deep-gloss surfaces which are perfectly clean and bear just a single faint surface mark on side 1 but absolutely no scratches or any other wear visible either in strong daylight OR directly beneath my powerful halogen desk lamp. Both sides lie 100% flat on the turntable with no signs of dishing or warping.
Play: EXCELLENT +
An outstanding sound copy which has clearly received only some careful plays on top-quality equipment. The sound throughout is clean, warm & clear and my careful play check at volume found no traces of any groove/playwear distortion in either channel or on any track. In fact, the only audible blemish is a single click between tracks 2 & 3 on side 1. You won't be disappointed with the audio quality of this well looked-after copy.

EXCELLENT
A rich, clean & unblemished front laminate with no 'thumbnails' or any storagewear rubbing. All corners and opening edges are unworn & undamaged and apart form a faint mark in the lower left corner of the rear panel, it is clean & white & unmarked. Both seams and the spine are unstressed, unsplit and totally undamaged.
