As many people may already know, I usually end all my items on Sunday nights (and these will still continue!)!!!!  However as I had quite a few extra items of UTMOST RARITY come in to me this week (they really are TOP QUALITY, and NOT cheap overstock!) and completely ran out of time to list them last Sunday - I decided to do a 'one off' set of listings of Wednesday auctions ending on Wednesday 18th May!!!!  So PLEASE NOTE that this auction will end late on Wednesday 18th May (and NOT Sunday!) - though of course, I will be putting more auctions on during the week for next Sundays auctions!!!!  And please don’t forget take a look at my other auctions, as there really are some INCREDIBLE items listed!!!!  Thanks for reading and please take a look at this AMAZING item below:-

On offer here is a VERY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Beatles called "Rubber Soul" and is an ORIGINAL 1969 UK MONO Pressing on the RAREST EVER Yellow & Black Parlophone label!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  THIS IS ONE OF THE BEATLES RAREST & MOST SOUGHT AFTER LPs EVER - AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!!  BUT WHAT MAKES THIS LP REALLY SPECIAL IS THAT IT IS THE ALL TIME RAREST VARIATION OF THIS LP EVER MADE - AND THE LAST MONO OF THIS LP EVER PRESSED!!!!  AND THIS IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND ON THIS LP!!!!  THIS LP WAS ONLY EVER PRESSED LIKE THIS IN MID 1969 (FOR 2 MONTHS ONLY - BEFORE ALL MONOs OF THIS LP WERE DELETED FOREVER!) - AND IS ONE OF THE RAREST BEATLES VARIATIONS YOU WILL EVER SEE!!!!  AND IT IS UNDOUBTEDLY THE RAREST VERSION OF THIS LP EVER MADE!!!!  EVEN STEREO VERSIONS OF THIS PRESSING ARE EXTREMELY RARE INDEED - BUT FINDING A MONO IS ALMOST UNHEARD OF!!!!  I WILL NOW EXPLAIN JUST HOW RARE THIS LP REALLY IS!!!! 

IN MAY 1969 PARLOPHONE DECIDED TO 'DROP' THE 'SOLD IN THE UK' TEXT ON THEIR LABELS - AS IT WAS NO LONGER REQUIRED!!!!  AND SO BETWEEN JUNE 1969 & AUGUST 1969 PARLOPHONE USED THIS VERY SHORT LIVED YELLOW & BLACK PARLOPHONE LABEL - WITH NO 'SOLD IN THE UK' LABEL TEXT!!!!  NOW THIS WOULD BE RARE ENOUGH IN ITS OWN RIGHT (IN STEREO) - AS SALES OF THIS LP BY MID 1969 WERE VERY POOR INDEED, AND THIS PRESSING ONLY LASTED 2 OR 3 MONTHS ONLY!!!!  BUT WHAT MAKES THIS TRULY SPECIAL - IS THAT IT IS PRESSED IN MEGA RARE MONO!!!!  AS MOST PEOPLE WILL KNOW, MONOs BY MID 1969 WERE DEAD IN THE WATER, AND VIRTUALLY FINISHED AS A VIABLE PRESSING ALTERNATIVE!!!!  MOST RECORD COMPANIES HAD ALREADY STOPPED MONO PRODUCTION ALTOGETHER, AND IT IS WORTH NOTING THAT EVEN PARLOPHONE HAD STOPPED ALL MONO PRESSINGS ON ITS NEW RELEASES (WHICH IS WHY YOU WILL NEVER FIND A PARLOPHONE MONO 1ST PRESSING OF ANY LP ON THIS LABEL STYLE!!!!  SO IN REALITY - MONO PRESSINGS OF THIS LP SHOULDNT EVEN EXIST ON THIS LABEL AT ALL!!!!  HOWEVER, ALTHOUGH PARLOPHONE WANTED TO END MONO PRODUCTION ON ALL OF ITS LPs, BECAUSE THIS LP WAS SELLING SO POORLY BY 1969 - THEY STILL HAD A SMALL STOCKPILE OF UNUSED MONO 1ST PRESS COVERS LEFT OVER WHICH THEY NEEDED TO GET RID OF!!!!  SO THIS RAREST EVER MONO PRESSING WAS PUT INTO EXISTENCE, BUT ONLY LASTED UNTIL THE STOCKPILE OF 1ST PRESS MONO COVERS RAN OUT!!!!  ONCE ALL THE MONO COVERS WERE USED UP, MONO PRESSINGS WERE STOPPED FOREVER!!!!  AND UNLIKE SOME OF THE OTHER BEATLES LPs (LIKE 'HELP!', 'PLEASE PLEASE ME' AND ESPECIALLY 'SGT PEPPER') - RUBBER SOUL ONLY HAD A TINY AMOUNT OF COVERS LEFT OVER!!!!  SO ALTHOUGH THIS LABEL STYLE LASTED 2 OR 3 MONTHS - FAR FAR LESS TIME THAN THAT WAS DEVOTED TO THE MONO PRESSINGS, AS ONLY A FEW HUNDRED NEEDED TO BE MADE - BEFORE THE COVERS RAN OUT, AND ALL MONOs OF THIS LP WERE ENDED FOREVER!!!!  AS I SAID BEFORE - EVEN STEREO PRESSINGS OF THIS LP (ON THIS LABEL STYLE) ARE VERY HARD TO LOCATE - BUT AS MOST PEOPLE STILL WANTED STEREOs IN 1969, AND STEREOs WERE PRESSED THOUGHOUT THE 3 MONTH LABEL PERIOD, THEY WERE MADE IN REASONABLE AMOUNTS.  BUT FINDING AN ULTRA RARE MONO PRESSING OF THIS LP ON THIS LABEL STYLE (THE LAST EVER!) IS ALMOST UNHEARD OF (AS ONLY A FEW HUNDRED COPIES WERE EVER MADE!) - AND IS UNDOUBTEDLY THE RAREST PRESSING OF THIS LP EVER!!!!

NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN BRILLIANT CONDITION (WITH A SUPERB COVER!) - AND CLEARLY HASNT BEEN PLAYED THAT AT ALL!!!!  JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!!  THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1969 UK MONO PRESSING ON THE 'RAREST EVER' YELLOW & BLACK PARLOPHONE LABEL, NO 'SOLD IN THE UK' LABEL TEXT, 'GRAMOPHONE COMPANY' EDGE TEXT, 'EMITEX' INNER SLEEVE, 'RAREST EVER' 5/5 MONO MATRIX ENDINGS (EXACTLY CORRECT FOR THIS ULTRA RARE 'LAST EVER' MONO PRESSING!), AND ITS ORIGINAL 'GARROD & LOFTHOUSE' FLIPBACK LAMINATED 'PATENTS PENDING' MONO COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!!  This is the ORIGINAL Parlophone UK MONO Pressing from 1969 and is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl!!!!  The matrix numbers are XEX 579-5 & XEX 580-5 (EXACTLY correct for this pressing!).  The Cat. No is PMC 1267 on the ORIGINAL Yellow & Black MONO Parlophone label (see picture) and is a much MUCH rarer MONO pressing!!!!

The record labels are in SUPERB condition (see pictures) with NO writing, NO wear (apart from a TINY 'touched in' trace around 1 centre hole!), and only a few VERY light spindle marks!!!!  IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HASNT BEEN PLAYED MUCH AT ALL!!!!  The vinyl is in GREAT condition!!!!  Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO nasty concentric marks AT ALL, only 3 or 4 light hairlines, only 2 or 3 VERY light scufflines, only 2 or 3 TINY surface traces, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK - AND SHINES LIKE NEW!!!!  It is also great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual!!!!  It plays with NO skips, barely ANY clicks, NO sticking, NO jumps, barely ANY crackle AT ALL, and only some VERY low level background sound on the run on grooves & gaps - NOT in the music AT ALL!!!!  The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO groovewear and NO distortion either!!!!  The record must grade Very Good+ if not better!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!!  I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!!  The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 'Emitex' inner sleeve which is in SUPERB condition!!!!  The ORIGINAL 'Garrod & Lofthouse' Flipback Laminated 'Patents Pending' MONO Cover is in absolutely SUPERB condition!!!!  It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only VERY slight corner wear (NOT through the colour!), NO splits, only a VERY few light creases (cover is VERY flat looking indeed!), NO rips, NO tears, only some very VERY minor evidence of 'tipping in' to the corner tips, STUNNING shiny 'mirror-like' laminate, NO annotations, and NO writing!!!!  The opening edge is beautifully straight with barely ANY feathering AT ALL!!!!  Even the unlaminated back of the cover is in SUPERB condition with NO grubbyness, NO yellowing, NO rubbing, NO ringwear, and NO writing!!!!  The cover must grade Excellent+ if not better!!!!  SUPERB COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS  (ESPECIALLY AS THE LAST & RAREST EVER PRESSING IN MEGA RARE MONO!) - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
