THE BEATLES - 'RUBBER SOUL'
This beautiful sounding UK stereo pressing dates from 1969 and uses the same analogue tube cuttings as early pressings.
Both sides have '1-EMI Box' Parlophone labels (PCS 3075) with 'The Gramophone Co..' worded rims.
Matrix numbers: YEX 178-3 & YEX 179-3
Stamper codes: 2/RD & 2/AG
Vinyl weight: 137g
Housed in a front laminated, tri-flipback 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed cover.
Complete with its original red & white EMI advertising inner-sleeve.
CONDITION
Disc
Visual: EXCELLENT -
Both playing surfaces are clean & glossy with some wispy hairlines and a couple of light fingernail scuffs present, but nothing we would call a scratch.
Audio: EXCELLENT
Clean, warm & unworn throughout on this well looked after disc. All tracks play cleanly with just some light vinyl background noticeable on the introduction to 'In My Life' and between tracks.
Cover: EXCELLENT
A strong & clean example with an unworn high-gloss glossy front panel bearing a few tiny 'thumbnail' wrinkles.
All corners are in nice shape with just a touch of wear to their tips. The rear panel is pristine white& totally unblemished.
Both seams & the spine are in perfect condition.
