Description

1st pressing of the Beatles’ Rubber Soul LP. This is the rare withdrawn “loud cut” pressing

The matrix on side one is: XEX 579 - 1

The matrix on side two is: XEX 580 - 1

The vinyl plays well. There’s marks to the vinyl and surface noise throughout, mainly noticeable on quieter passages. There’s no skips and it plays all the way through. It sounds even better on a mono cartridge. Acceptable copy.

The sleeve has some skuffing to the seams, with a 3” approx seam split along the top edge. The spine is clear and pronounced and the sleeve is free from writing or further damage.

Overall, an acceptable collection filler copy of this rare mix.
