Beatles LP Please Please Me
Australian release Mono pressing Parlophone Black & Gold label.These were released around early Jan.1964 after the 1st two releases of the LP sold so quickly.These LPs in this condition ,are nearly impossible to find. I don't like really letting these go but I'm sure it'll find a good home.
This is a 2nd pressing but fanatics would call this a 3rd official release. 1st release is of course the UK covers with original Gold/Black pressing,there were 500 of them (managed to find 1 of these!). 2nd Pressing is Australian mono serial numbered only covers with the same pressing as the Gold/Blacks that came with UK covers. 3rd release is the one up for auction.
Conditon Vinyl : EX has a light ghost mark(small in size)on one side,but otherwise Beautiful & clean condition elsewhere.
Condition Flipback Cover: VG+(near EX) no markings or writting back & front.Slight edge wear.Will seperate the record from the cover in transit/post.Can read the the writting down ,no problem.Has original price 52/6 written in pencil on top back flipback. This is nearly a keeper this cover!!
Condition of label: clean both sides,very very little spindle wear.
